Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@ladyzaz.com with your order details. If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Additional Information

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
