Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (Morocco)

  • Delivery time: up to 48 working hours after dispatch
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: up to 7 working days after dispatch
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
